Most State and US Territory Medicaid Programs accept claims for DME products such as diabetic supplies, incontinence items, and ostomy and wound care supplies. These types of claims are commonly submitted by pharmacies and DME suppliers.
A few states may not yet permit DME claims or they are in process of certifying FDS' EZ-DME to process the DME claim type.
