Pop Up Windows

• Pop up windows are not used. Links to other web sites open in new browser windows and are identified as such in the link's mouseover text.

Visual Presentation of Text

• This site relies on Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for visual presentation of text. The style sheet uses relative font sizes.
